I started my career in the early 90s at restaurant school, and my very first job at the Casanova bar taught me that drinks are not just recipes, but experiences that create connections and memories. I combine years of bartending experience with a deep knowledge of wine to deliver unforgettable taste experiences and stories to our customers.

I want every wine you taste to tell you something new – whether it’s a fascinating detail about its production process, the perfect pairing with cheese or simply how a good wine feels in the right moment. Wine is not just a taste experience, it evokes memories, creates moods and binds moments together.

Experiences to remember
The prices include the planning and execution of the tasting/training, preparation of the shopping list, preparations, final cleaning and travel to the local area (max. 50 km).
The client will purchase the raw materials for the tasting/training according to our shopping list.
